THE BEST HOTEL BY SERVICES AND VALUE IN ALL MY TRAVEL IN JAPAN
In all my travel in Japan this is the hotel with more and better services available, many free offers all day for travelers including open bar, ice cream. The breakfast with several selections. The laundry etc. They have scale TO check your luggage in every floor. The location wonderful and close to train and several ristorantes offers around. This is the best place to stay
You cannot say nothing wrong with this facility other than the normal small room and bath but that is similar in almost all Japan and normal

Wonderful stay with lots of free activities and food
Central location near Shinsaibashi metro station. Has many amazing and free facilities/activities like massage chairs, free nightly ramen, ice cream, drinks, sake, different free activity each night like kimono wearing, game, food tasting - first time I’ve seen so much free things on offer by a hotel. Nice and clean dining area that guests can use during the day and can bring outside food to eat there. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room was very small and I’m not even a big person.

Excellent Stay
Lots of amenities, free wine to soft drinks, hot to cold, ramen every night, different flavours for different nights and lots of activities for the different days. Excellent and friendly reception staff. Lots of things are available for rent. Will come back again.

A place to stay again
The hotel is located in a part of Osaka full of restaurants, bars, izakaya, shops and malls, so you may find whatever you need at any time of the day. It's also very close to a metro station, so getting around is quite easy. The room was comfortable, with heating, air conditioning and air purifying available at will. Beds were very comfortable, and breakfast really rich, with western options, too. Drinks and coffee available all day, and free ramen bowls at night, as an additional treat. The staff kind and helpful, ready to give you any information you may need in a very good English. A place to stay again!
